We are Paula and Raul, two medical students who decided to organize a summer camp for high school students, driven by the desire to offer a real perspective on what it means to study medicine. We wanted to be the support we ourselves wished we had in high school — to answer questions, share honest stories about challenges and rewards, and inspire through our experiences. Along with all the volunteers involved in this project, we believe in education built on empathy and passion, and this camp is our way of giving back and making a difference.
